While investigating a Kandorian landing in the desert, Clark realizes that Jor El is on Earth. In the meantime, searching for his son, Jor El arrives at the Kent farm where he measures noses with Chloe. She tells him that Zod, who was once his best friend, is responsible for Krypton’s destruction. Convinced that the Red Blue Blur is no one else than Jor El, Zod kidnaps him and forces him to reveal the secret to his powers.
