Lana Lang visits her great uncle who has been in prison for more than 40 years accused of killing his wife. He shows her the picture of a man he believes to have killed his wife. Lana is shocked discovering the resemblance between the man in the picture and Clark. Using a Kryptonian medallion, Clark is able to see parts of the past and of the life that Jor El started for him before he arrived to Earth. Elsewhere, Lex discovers that some of his family references are false and this leads to suspecting his father of lying about his family past.
