Trying to insnare the Red Blue Blur, Zod and his soldiers release a virus into the air. Created from Kryptonian enzymes, it turns humans into zombies. Along with a Disease Control specialist, Dr. Hamilton tries his best to find a cure. After Lois is infected in a battle with zombie attakers, Clark volunteers to donate his blood hoping that Dr. Hamilton will manage to make an antidote. Chloe comes to his help and together manufacture a rainstorm and seed the clouds with the cure to create maximum coverage. In the meantime, Oliver makes a shocking decision… he gives up being the Green Arrow.
