While standing outside the Metropolis courthouse with Chloe, Clark sees a man in danger and manages to save him on time. The stranger, who turns out to be a hired killer with the power to make himself invisible, insists to repay Clark. Eventually, he decides that killing Lex would be the best reward for Clark’s goodness. Angry because Chloe hid Lana and Lex’s relationship from him, Clark is on the horns of a moral dilemma whether or not let “the invisible man” repay him.
