Clark discovers some warning messages sent in the past by Kara from Krypton which indicate that Brainiac wants to kill baby Kal El. Convinced that the world would be a better place without him, Clark ignores Chloe’ supplications to go to the Fortress of Solitude and try to impede Brainiac. Jor El manages to show Clark what life would have been like if Clark hadn’t existed.
