Titan, an alien escaped from the Phantom Zone, is the star of a secret fight club. When Clark and Chloe discover him, they also realize that the fights in that club are on life or death, only one of the opponents comes out alive. Lois gets involved, but she ends up in the ring, having to fight Athena. Clark reveals his powers so he can fight Titan, but this ends up badly because he is thrown in the ring with Lois instead. Lana and Lex return from their honeymoon. Having doubts about her new life, she has a traumatic miscarriage.
