After an examination, Jonathan’s doctor tells him he needs a heart surgery procedure with triple bypass. In the hospital, Clark meets Garrett, a young boy who grieves over his brother’s death. Everyone is stunned when Vince, Garrett’s brother, shows up alive. He was subjected to Lionel’s experiment and Dr. Lia Teng injected his dead body with the blood platelet, reviving him. When Vince’s illness relapses, Garrett losses his control and threatens to blow himself up, using a kryptonite bomb, if his brother doesn’t receive a liver transplant. Meanwhile, Chloe finds out about Dr. Teng’ serum.
