Clark and Eric, a classmate, are both struck by lightning when Eric is holding a piece of kryptonite. The electrical discharge takes Clark’s powers away and transfers them to Eric. While Eric gets used to his new powers, Clark deals with being a normal person for the first time. When Eric starts abusing his new found powers, Clark is forced to make a decision… to hold on to the normal life or to sacrifice it for the safety of everyone else. He borrows Lana’s meteor rock necklace and confronts Eric at a power plant managing to reverse the transfer.
