Lana and Lex are taken hostages by two police officers who want to know the location of the spaceship. Before they manage to lock themselves in the panic room, Lex is shot. Fearing Lex may die, Lana asks him to reveal the secret location, but he acknowledges the ship is no longer there. Clark fears that Lana and Lex are close to discovering his secret. Martha advises him to trust Lana like he did trust Chloe and Pete. Meanwhile, Jonathan finds out who is funding his campaign.
