Clark’s feelings for Lois trammel him to focus his attention on the training. Jor El takes drastic measures and urges him to go back to Metropolis and put an end to their relationship. After having been missing for weeks, Lois returns from the future, but suffers from memory loss. In the meantime, Chloe teams up with Dr. Emil Hamilton in the Watchtower. During an investigation for the Daily Planet, Lois meets a new reporter who has a negative attitude toward the Red Blue Blur. Chloe asks Clark’s help to save Jimmy, but he refuses. Lois begins to have visions of future events; Oliver strikes on a wrong path while Clark measures noses with a Kryptonian woman from the future who wants to kill him.
